To cancel your CCBill membership visit CCBill.com official customer support site at https://support.ccbill.com. Search for your subscription using your credit card or checking account number, e-mail address and subscription ID. First select how you purchased your ccbill subscription, choose the payment method you used to pay for your membership. There are three options - Credit Card, Online Check and Telephone Billing (900 number). Then you need to enter at least 2 of the following pieces of information - Email and Credit Card number, or Email and Ccbill Subscription ID, or Credit Card number and Subscription ID. For the Subscription ID check your email, the ID was e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase. After you enter your data, click on the search button. The system will locate your ccbill membership and you will have the option to cancel it. After you cancel, you will receive an email to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your subscription/membership has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. To maximize the value of your membership, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact CCBill customer support with your Subscription/Member ID so that they can locate your subscription/membership and cancel it. When sending email requests please provide as much information as possible, e.g., subscription ID number, e-mail address, username, last name, and ZIP code.
If I cancel my subscription will my access to the website immediately expire?
Canceling a subscription will not immediately remove your access to the webpage. Regardless of what time you cancel, you will still have access to the site until the end of the most recent term that has been paid for.
I canceled my subscription but was still charged. What should I do?
If you have an e-mail from our Support Center or the webmaster of the site verifying your subscription was canceled prior to any charges you are disputing, please forward it to CCBill customer support. Once we receive this, we will be more than happy to resolve this issue by crediting your account for transactions that might have been made in error.
When must my membership be canceled to avoid a recurring subscription charge?
You must cancel your recurring membership a full 24 hours prior to the end of the initial billing period in order to cancel automatic renewal and avoid an additional charge.
How do I determine my subscription identification number?
Your subscription identification number is provided to you in a confirmation email which is sent immediately after your successful subscription purchase. If you misplace this ID number, you can search for it by visiting https://support.ccbill.com. You will be taken to a page where you may search for your subscription with your credit card number and email address.
